Crystal-clear and precise, the 2023 White Côtes Catalanes Aiglon showcases a pure, floral aromatic profile that beautifully reflects its schist terroir. Staying true to its signature style, this cuvée emphasizes finesse and lightness, with careful crafting and aging in barrels and 500-litre casks. On the palate, its crisp texture enhances the mineral notes, delivering a refined and refreshing balance. The zesty finish adds vibrancy and energy, making it ideal as an aperitif or paired with grilled prawns, raw fish, or vegetable tempura. A Selection Committee favourite, rated 93/100. |
