Vinified without the addition of wood, the 2022 white Chablis releases fresh fruit and a lovely aromatic profile of white flowers and citrus. This is a taut and tonic white wine, extremely pleasant, very pure, stretched by a beautiful mineral persistence. Ideal for an aperitif, or paired with seafood or dry cheeses. |
