Wine The 2017 Alsace Grand Cru Furstentum Pinot Gris bursts with vibrant fruit and a hint of spice, finishing with a pleasant touch of bitterness. Vinification Hand harvested. Pneumatic pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged on fine lees.
