Its intensely chalky finish enhances its vibrant character. This blend of Mourvèdre with 10% Grenache, aged in large wooden foudres, is destined for great success. Simply superb!
Vinification Hand harvested. Traditional fermentation of each grape variety with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 20 months in 5000-liter foudres and small 500-liter foudres.
