Aged in oak for just under two years, the 2018 Red Barolo keeps the focus on its fruit, offering a smooth and elegant style rather than a heavy, intense one. It has a silky texture with flavours of ripe cherries and stone fruits. Well-structured yet refined, with fine tannins, it’s a classic Barolo that will continue to develop beautifully over the next three years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee. |
