The estate and the wine |
The Berthier vineyards include plots in Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, Menetou-Salon, and, since 2015, Coteaux du Giennois. Founded in 1983 by Jean-Marie Berthier, the family business has expanded significantly. Clément, the eldest son, joined the operation in 2012, and his brother Florian manages the vineyard. This new dynamic is both exciting and promising. |

Absolutely stunning, the 2022 White Coteaux du Giennois is a perfect example of a fresh and delicate Sauvignon Blanc, with notes of zest and white flowers. Its crisp, mouthwatering, and light palate, along with its perfectly balanced profile, pairs beautifully with goat cheeses or freshwater fish. |
