The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine The face of the Champagne region revival, Mathieu Blosseville sculpts intense, gourmet wines of great resonance. It's in Cumières, a superb 1er Cru terroir in the Marne Valley, that he draws his inspiration and the raw material needed to produce pure, intense champagnes.

This wine is the fruit of a ruthless selection process carried out during our peregrinations in the vineyards and our tasting committees. Always on the lookout for the best deals, we taste, compare, and calibrate, retaining only the very best.

The nose offers notes of toast and toasted bread, as well as a touch of floral and red fruit flavors from the black grapes. Dynamic and perfectly balanced, with plenty of crunch on the palate, this highly accessible champagne is a must for all Champagne lovers. A Selection Committee Favorite.

The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine An accomplished figure in Chablis, Michel Laroche is one of the appellation's tenors. A family affair that has now attained a very high level of quality, winning over the whole world and the finest gourmet tables. Ongoing organic conversion, long ageing periods respecting the integrity of the fruit, perfect mastery of the Chablis terroirs: these are the assets of this highly prized, confidential Maison.
