The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine We have appreciated the Stéphane Coquillette Champagne for many years for its seriousness and its regularity; so we couldn't wait to share it with you! Located on the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, between the Grand Cru Chouilly and the 1er Cru Cuis for the chardonnay, the Grand Cru Aÿ and the 1er Cru Mareuil-sur-Aÿ for the pinot-noir, this modest address by its size delights all amateurs of finesse and elegance.
Wine Made from the 2017 harvest base, the Brut Inflorescence Champagne combines Pinot Noir (two-thirds) with Chardonnay in a lively, intense bubble of great length. It is a champagne of beautiful substance, resulting from vines classified in first growths that craft full and voluptuous champagnes, with an assumed richness that is very well contained by a fine acidulous texture. The palate has a nice brioche touch of pastry, linked to notes of red fruits, which are signature of the pinot. The bubbles are very creamy, and we particularly appreciate the present patina of time which suits it so well and gives it a lot of charm. A superb, exclusive wine, ideal for the aperitif.
Vinification Hand harvested, harvest base from the 2018 vintage.
Dosage of 6g/l.

Located in the Côte des Blancs in Oger—the heartland of Chardonnay—the family crafts a style that is light, delicate, and refreshingly approachable. Committed to sustainable and responsible viticulture, the estate upholds the highest standards in the creation of its cuvées.
Wine Blended from the finest Crus of the Côte des Blancs, the Grand Cru Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs Champagne features a fine and consistent bubble paired with charming, very fresh floral notes. The palate continues this lively theme with delicate bitters and a pleasing chalky touch. A superbly balanced and elegant champagne, it is particularly suited for aperitifs and also pairs well with marinated or smoked fish. Rated 91/100 by the committee.
Vinification Made from the 2016 harvest and blended with 10% reserve wines, partial malolactic fermentation, traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, storage on laths for almost 7 years. Bottled in June 2017 and disgorged on 08/04/2024.

The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A family-run estate in the Marne Valley, now led by Julien and Maxime Fournier, Champagne Thierry Fournier has built its reputation as a Meunier specialist, a grape variety widely planted in this region.

In addition to its signature Meunier wines, the estate also crafts small-production Chardonnay Champagnes, both vintage and zero-dosage, offering remarkable precision and finesse.
Wine Aged for nearly five years on lees, the 2018 Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut White Champagne marks the estate’s first-ever vintage of this cuvée—and it’s a true success. It strikes a perfect balance between precision and depth, offering both texture and a soft, refined elegance. The fine, persistent bubbles, along with its fresh, floral, and pure nose, lead into a structured, vinous palate with marc-like flavors that add richness and complexity. This is a Champagne designed for the table, beautifully mature and ready to enjoy now. A Selection Committee discovery, rated 92/100.
Vinification Hand harvested, vinified entirely in stainless steel, 100% malolactic fermentation, aged on laths for 5 years.
Bottled in 2019 - Disgorged 09/2024.
