The 2021 Red Beaune 1er Cru Les Chouacheux is a serious, full-bodied wine with notes of cherry pit and dark berries. Ripe and sapid, it offers a deep, velvety structure that should soften fairly quickly. This is a complete, robust wine with excellent freshness, best left to age for another one to two years before opening. Rated 93/100 by RVF. |
