The estate and the wine |
Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau has developed a very personal style, characterized by both finesse and rigor, and has raised Burgundy's standards to a very high level. At the head of Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils, a 3-star RVF estate, he brings out the best in each of his terroirs, using exacting biodynamic viticultural methods.
Highlighting the finesse and brilliance of the grapes, he is careful to preserve their purity, ageing them to produce wines of great character, without excess. Here, delicacy comes first! |

On the edge of the Meursault terroir, the 2021 white Côte d'Or Clos du Moulin Burgundy is a large-scale new creation by Michel Bouzereau. A Chardonnay that outclasses its terroir, concentrated and balanced, offering extra aroma and intensity. A bridge between Burgundy and Meursault, with a beautiful consistency that will make more than one fine Meursault pale. Rated 93/100 by the committee. |
