The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Rooted in the premier hillside terroirs of Muscadet, Domaine de la Fessardière is an organically farmed estate that has risen to rival the finest names in the appellation.

Under the meticulous guidance of Jérôme and Émeline Dumanois since 2014, this 25-hectare estate has become a benchmark for precision and refinement. Their cuvées showcase remarkable clarity and an irresistible charm, crafted with minimal sulphur and aged with precision in concrete tanks and oak foudres, striking a perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
Wine Taut and precise, the 2023 White Muscadet La Mer bursts with energy. Its expressive bouquet combines aromas of white fruit, green apple, and delicate hints of hawthorn, all supported by a vibrant minerality that adds depth. Perfectly capturing the essence of Muscadet, this crisp, linear white is marked by fine bitterness and a delightful saline finish. A pure delight to enjoy as an aperitif or alongside seafood. Rated 90/100 by Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier in the World.
Vinification Hand harvested, 70-year-old Burgundy melon vines, matured on lees in old oak barrels.

Certified organic wine.
