Wine The 2021 Red Cuvée Marie Châteauneuf-du-Pape is all about finesse, opening with alluring smoky notes and hints of floral and spice. Its concentrated structure, still a bit austere, indicates excellent aging potential. This robust wine deserves at least 5 years to mature before being enjoyed. Stay tuned! Vinification Hand harvested in crates, with a low yield of 35 hectoliters per hectare. Aged in oak barrels and demi-muids for 9 months. No fining, light filtration before bottling.
