With a shift to biodynamic viticulture, a state-of-the-art gravity-fed winery, and refined aging techniques, the winemaking has reached new levels of precision and depth. These changes have firmly established Domaine Henri Rebourseau as one of Burgundy’s elite estates, on par with the region’s most iconic names.
Wine The 2021 Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru Red is a wine of remarkable delicacy, offering a mineral-driven, airy structure of great complexity. A perfect expression of its limestone terroir, it presents abundant black fruit flavors, with oak adding structure and depth that enhances the fruit’s richness. There’s little doubt that this wine will continue to evolve beautifully for many years to come. Rated 95/100 by Bettane+Desseauve.
Vinification Harvested by hand. Area of 0.96 ha, planted in 1956, 1958, 1974, 1981, 1986. 100% de-stemmed, vinification in open stainless steel vats. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
