Wine The 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé Mise en Bouche expresses the pure elegance of chardonnay, showcasing its perfect ripeness with vibrant freshness and delicate notes of honeysuckle and subtle oak. On the palate, it strikes a harmonious balance between natural acidity, body, and its refined aging, with a refreshing mineral and chalky profile. Surprisingly approachable now, it promises to evolve beautifully over the next 5 to 7 years, or even longer for true enthusiasts.
