The estate and the wine |

Éric Forest is one of Burgundy’s standout winemakers, specialising in White wines that showcase impressive depth and a clear sense of the region's limestone-rich soils. His approach to winemaking is all about precision, from vineyard to cellar, and it’s earned him a well-deserved star in the RVF Guide.
The vines, some quite old, are farmed biodynamically, and the grapes are picked at just the right ripeness. The result? Wines that consistently deliver both character and balance, with a quality that’s hard to match in the Mâconnais. If you’re into Burgundy, this is a name worth knowing. |

The 2023 Pouilly-Fuissé Premier Cru Pouilly shows elegant oak influences, with fine toasted and grilled notes on the nose, all backed by a distinct chalky character. The wine is perfectly mature, offering a great sense of structure, freshness, and tension, all balanced by a subtle, well-judged ageing.
