This admirable cooperative cellar, known for its exemplary work, deserves recognition. The vignerons of Estézargues cultivate excellent terroirs in the Tavel region, practicing organic farming with high-quality standards. Today, we highlight one of their estates, which has completely impressed the Selection Committee with a cuvée that ranks among the best in terms of value and enjoyment.
Domaine des Bacchantes is one of their standout addresses, producing ultra-delicious, easy-drinking cuvées with an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio. |

The 2023 Red Côtes du Rhône Villages offers a generous expression of ripe aromas, complemented by smoky notes, subtle touches of bacon, and raspberry coulis. This wine is well-concentrated, with a smooth, velvety texture and finely integrated tannins. It's the perfect wine to enjoy today, ideally paired with a succulent rosemary-scented steak. A Selection Committee favorite, rated 93/100. |
