The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A new addition to the vineyard, Maison Bonnigal-Bodet delivers an impeccable range of wines, praised for their precision and delightful flavors. Jean-Baptiste Bonnigal, a disciple of François Chidaine, is the inspired creator behind these wines. Partnered with Stéphane Bodet, he crafts fresh, intense, and savory wines with utmost care, all adorned with juicy fruity flavors.
Wine Exotic and floral, the 2023 white Touraine delights with pure and precise fruit, accented by subtle citrus notes. Its crisp and lively palate is perfectly balanced. An immediately pleasurable wine, ideal to pair with gravlax or ceviche, and best served in large glasses to fully aerate. Not to be missed.
Vinification Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees in stainless steel vats, no malolactic fermentation.
