Jane Eyre, originally from Australia, followed her passion for Pinot Noir all the way to Burgundy. After honing her craft with esteemed winemakers like Chevrot in Maranges, Thierry Matrot and Dominique Lafon in Meursault, and Christopher Newman in the Côte de Beaune, she struck out on her own in 2011, creating her own label.
Her wines are celebrated for their freshness and elegance, offering a contemporary perspective on Burgundy. With a focus on whole-cluster fermentation and minimal sulfur use, they highlight purity, finesse, and a deep respect for terroir. Her approach redefines classic appellations, delivering wines with precision, texture, and vibrancy.
