Organic farming, parcel selections, and precise aging form the foundation of his rigorous approach, resulting in consistently refined and high-dimension cuvées.

Wine With impressive mastery, the 2022 red Sancerre is pulpy and precise, framed by a ripe and dynamic structure. At perfect maturity, it is an exemplary Pinot Noir, with beautifully structured sap, featuring a superb length that is finely extracted and delicately saline.
Vinification Hand harvested, sorted, blend of whole and de-stemmed grapes, cold maceration, native yeast fermentation, 20-day vatting period, aged 15 months in truncated wooden vats.
