The estate and the wine An artisanal estate in Montigny-lès-Arsures, near the gateway to Arbois, Domaine Fumey-Chatelain has become a favorite among Jura wine lovers, celebrated for its captivating cuvées that naturally and elegantly express the essence of Arbois.

Now managed by Marin Fumey, the son, and cultivated organically, the vineyard is making great strides, earning a well-deserved place in the RVF Guide this year. It has been recognized for its wines that offer a delightful sense of clarity and joy, crafted from ripe, noble-quality grapes."
Wine A blend of Trousseau, Pinot Noir, and Poulsard grown on clay, limestone, and marl soils, the 2022 Red Arbois No Sin Tou Tsefs is a fresh and easy-drinking wine, delicately infused, sure to delight those who appreciate finesse. A perfect introduction to Jura reds, this cuvée showcases the stylistic virtuosity of the estate.
Vinification Hand harvested in the morning. 40% whole grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in vats using indigenous yeasts. Maceration without sulfur for about 20 days. Aged for 10 months in foudres and barrels. Production of 9,999 bottles.

Locations: Au Vernois, Pré-Levrons, Gaillard, en Longchamp (Montigny), aux Mélinaux (Arbois). Jura clay, limestone and marl soils. Vines planted between 1954 and 2002, organically grown and undergoing certification since 2020.
