The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A Selection Committee discovery, Domaine de Gaubourg has made a sensational debut as a name to watch. Guided by influential figures like Thibaud Boudignon and Danjou-Banessy, Félix Célard traded his career in the kitchens of Le Bristol to craft his own wines on the schist soils of Anjou.

It was a move that paid off: his first releases immediately made an impression, delivering vibrant, precise wines with remarkable freshness and depth. A rising star that’s unlikely to stay under the radar for long.
Wine The 2023 Red IGP Val de Loire Rosa is a charming spring wine, with bright notes of strawberry and raspberry, complemented by hints of rose and potpourri. Elegant and refined, it unveils a gentle texture with smooth, velvety tannins. This delicate red pairs beautifully with poultry or white meats.
Vinification Harvested by hand, vinified for 15 days in whole bunches, aged in vats for 6 months.
