Wine The 2023 White Lieu-Dit Saint-Joseph is the very essence of the appellation, sourced from its finest terroirs. This wine is a true expression of consistency, balance, and freshness, with creamy texture, floral notes, and a subtle touch of oak that complements the fruit. It shows great potential and will benefit from further aging—at least two years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Harvested by hand. Steep vines, on average between 20 and 75 years old. Controlled alcoholic fermentation and temperatures around 17°C. Vinification and ageing in new oak barrels (2/3) and one-wine barrels (1/3).
