The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Charles Heidsieck is one of Champagne’s most distinguished houses, celebrated for its meticulous craftsmanship and timeless style. With two stars from RVF, the respected French wine guide, it has built a reputation for wines of depth, elegance, and complexity.

Its signature Brut Réserve is a benchmark among non-vintage Champagnes—layered, precise, and a Selection Committee favorite. Blanc des Millénaires, produced in only eight vintages over four decades, is an icon of Chardonnay-driven finesse.

Now, after legendary releases in 1983, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2004, 2006, and 2007, the 2014 vintage makes its debut. A masterful expression of the Charles style—refined, expressive, and built to impress.
Wine Crafted from five Grand Cru villages of the Côte des Blancs, the 2014 Blanc des Millénaires is the result of a decade of patience and the expertise of three cellar masters. This is a Champagne of remarkable complexity, built on freshness and precision. White flowers, blood orange, and almond take center stage, enhanced by a subtle toastiness and a long, saline finish with delicate spice. A standout of the vintage, it balances depth and vibrancy, unfolding in three distinct layers—floral, citrus, and mineral. A benchmark for the Côte des Blancs and one of the year’s great successes. Rated 95/100 by Parker and 96/100 by RVF.
Vinification Hand harvested, a blend of 4 Grands Crus from the Côte des Blancs: Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Cramant and 1 Premier Cru: Vertus. Aged for 9 years on the lees in the age-old chalk pits.
