Wine The 2022 White Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses reflects the full ripeness of an outstanding vintage. It opens with a fresh, floral, and chalky nose, accented by subtle hints of shell-like minerality, delicate honeyed tones, and flashes of ripe fruit. The palate is firm, precise, and tightly coiled, revealing the depth and concentration expected from a Grand Cru. While still reserved at this stage, its potential is undeniable, with purity and power that will only grow with time. This is a wine built for patience—capable of evolving beautifully over 10 years or more. Rated 94/100 by the Selection Committee, it’s a raw gem with extraordinary aging potential.
Vinification Hand harvested. Vines aged 55 years. Vinification and ageing in barrels (no new wood) and stainless steel vats. Bottled on 30/07/2024. Production of 3 040 bottles.
