Château La Lagune is at the top of its game. Belonging to the prestigious circle of Grands Crus Classés du Médoc in 1855, this estate, expertly run by Caroline Frey, has been successfully competing with the most prestigious estates of the region for many years. The refined 2020 red Haut-Médoc Château La Lagune is a must-try. It's an elegant wine, with a concentrated, well-constituted body, built around silky tannins, plenty of freshness and long, fruity, violet flavors. It should be perfect in a decade or more. Superb success, rated 94/100 RVF and 94/100 Parker. |
