The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Larmandier-Bernier is one of the brightest stars of the Côte des Blancs, crafting Champagne that embodies precision, purity, and elegance. With vineyards in some of the most coveted Grand Cru villages—Cramant, Chouilly, Oger, and Avize—the estate has built a reputation for wines that are both deeply expressive and unmistakably refined.

Here, biodynamic farming meets meticulous craftsmanship: long aging on lees in large Austrian oak casks, a solera system for reserve wines, extended maturation, and low dosage. Every detail is carefully considered to create wines of remarkable depth, texture, and balance.

The result? Some of the most radiant, artisan-driven Champagnes in the region—highly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs alike. With two stars in the Revue du Vin de France (RVF) Guide, this family-run estate continues to set the standard for excellence, vintage after vintage.
Wine Sourced from vineyards in the south of Vertus and made from fully ripe grapes, Latitude Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is a Champagne of pure elegance—round, precise, and deeply flavorful. With 40% reserve wines, some over 20 years old, it offers a beautifully layered expression, combining richness and depth with vibrant freshness and fine, lively bubbles. A Champagne of finesse and pleasure, perfect for any shared moment.
Vinification Hand harvested. Composed of 40% of the estate's perpetual reserve wines, which began in 2004. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation carried out in Stockinger barrels and tuns. Aged on the lees for one year, then aged on slats for at least two years. Disgorging is carried out manually six months before release.

Dosage: 2g/l.

Biodynamic certified champagne.
