Hand harvested. Old vines planted in 1916 on the hillside of Mont Brouilly. Vinification for approximately 14 days, 50% whole grapes. Aged in demi-muids and barrels for 12 months. Unfiltered wine, bottled by hand without machines. Production of 3,600 bottles. |
