The Mas Conscience is perfectly in line with this eldorado and contributes largely to its success, clinging to the foothills of Larzac, between Montpeyroux and Saint-Jean-de Fos. 

Taken over in 2020 by Audrey Bonnet-Koenig, artisan of the la Peira estate, and Roman Kocholl, the estate crafts, in organic culture, red wines with airy, deep and luminous tannins, which is the mark of this prized address.
Wine A model of value and pleasure, the 2020 Red Terrasses du Larzac L’Eveil opens with clear aromas of raspberry and licorice. Its supple, charming, and slightly tannic structure follows this delightful and straightforward profile. This is a wine to enjoy young, which will remain very approachable for the next three years. Perfect with grilled white meat or duck.
Vinification Hand harvested, alcoholic fermentation, long hot post-fermentation maceration, separate vinification of the different grape varieties, aged for 12 to 24 months in wooden truncated cone vats.
