The Larzac region is a prodigal land, where sumptuous wines are born, shaped by the strength of the landscape, the substratum of the old vines, the freshness of the altitudes. We are each time conquered by the level reached and never miss an opportunity to widen the spectrum of the good estates in the region...
The Mas Conscience is perfectly in line with this eldorado and contributes largely to its success, clinging to the foothills of Larzac, between Montpeyroux and Saint-Jean-de Fos.
Taken over in 2020 by Audrey Bonnet-Koenig, artisan of the la Peira estate, and Roman Kocholl, the estate crafts, in organic culture, red wines with airy, deep and luminous tannins, which is the mark of this prized address. |
