The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine The Domaine de la Mordorée is undoubtedly one of the most attractive estates in the Southern Rhône Valley. The Delorme family produces expressive biodynamic wines from the finest crus of the Vaucluse and Gard regions - Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Lirac, Tavel - and strives to produce wines that are in total harmony with their terroir.

Their superb range of fresh and saline white wines, as well as deep and delicate red wines, filled with a thirst-quenching tension and a perfect balance, are an excellent opportunity for any wine lover. The estate has made great strides in recent years, bringing more depth, precision, and elegance to its wines, in a constant search for purity, the concentration of flavor, and outstanding naturalness.
Wine The 2022 white La Reine des Bois Lirac provides a rich southern Rhone experience with generous notes of white fruit, dried herbs, and delicate flowers. Decanted or served in a large glass, it will open and reveal appealing aromas of fruit, a fresh palate, and a delicate and concentrated finish with notes of mineral bitters. Reserve it at the table with fish or goat cheese.
Vinification Hand harvested. Destemming, crushing, skin maceration and temperature control. Maturation for 90% in vats and 10% in barrels.

Certified organic wine. Vines cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
