Hand harvested. Granite soil, 3 hillside plots in the Bellevue and Montillet districts, average vine age 75 years. Vinification and blending by plot. Vinification over 2 to 3 weeks with partially destemmed grapes. Aged 10 to 12 months in demi-muids and barrels, then 1 month in vats. |
