The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine CHANDON, the world's leading sparkling wine specialist since 1959, owns six estates in different terroirs. In Argentina, the vineyards of El Yaima and Caicayén (Mendoza), located at an altitude of between 1000 and 1200 meters, benefit from favorable climatic conditions, protected by the Andes, which allow the grapes to ripen slowly and retain their natural acidity. An ideal ecosystem for the production of sparkling wines, which the brand has specialized in since Champagne. Discover one of the world's leading wine brands!
Wine Chandon Cuvée Réserve Blanc de Noirs is a pure Pinot Noir from the highest vineyards, between 1400 and 1650 meters above sea level. It reveals all the intensity and structure of the grape variety, combined with the aromatic richness of maturation on the lees. On the nose, it evokes intense aromas of red fruits with hints of pastry, flowers and white fruits.
Vinification Hand-harvested, selected grapes from the highest vineyards: Cepas del Plata and El Espinillo, between 1400 and 1650 meters altitude, pressed, first fermented in stainless steel tanks to obtain the base wine. Blending of base wines, second fermentation in bottle for a minimum of 24 months. Disgorged and aged for 6 months.
