The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A long-time favorite among VALAP members, Château Mondorion has grown from a hidden gem to a must-have for wine lovers.

Exclusively for you, Thibault Cruse, the estate’s owner, has unlocked a rare vintage from his cellar, now at its peak.
Wine Airy and seductive, the 2014 Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Mondorion is a remarkable achievement. Its finely textured tannins, ideal concentration, and precise balance make it stand out. The carefully calibrated aging enhances a rich aromatic profile of black fruits, cedar, and roasted coffee, while the silky texture underscores its elegance. A wine of impeccable craftsmanship.
Vinification Harvested by hand, fermented in concrete vats and matured in 12-month French oak barrels, one-third of which are renewed each year.
