The estate and the wine |
A leading name in the southern Rhône Valley, the Perrin family has made Château Beaucastel the benchmark of Châteauneuf-du-Pape—one of the region’s most innovative and outstanding estates.
With their deep expertise, they craft a range of impeccably made, accessible, and consistently high-quality wines across neighboring appellations and, of course, in Côtes-du-Rhône—an appellation prized for its exceptional value. |

Bold and intense, the 2022 Red Côtes-du-Rhône Réserve is bursting with ripe black fruit, especially blackberry, layered over well-structured tannins. This is a dense, full-bodied wine with a beautifully balanced mid-palate and real ageing potential. Delicate violet aromas add finesse to this high-calibre red, which can be enjoyed now or cellared for another 2 to 3 years. A perfect match for red meats, such as a classic daube. |
