Wine Showcasing pure fruit aromas, the 2023 Red Céleste Bourgueil is a beautiful tribute to Cabernet Franc. Delicate notes of graphite, subtle bell pepper, and black pepper weave through a fresh, approachable palate with soft tannins. Balanced and perfectly ripened, it’s an elegant wine to enjoy effortlessly with dishes like ribeye steak or chicken Basquaise. Awarded 90/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Mechanical harvesting preceded by sorting on the vine, average age of the vines 40 years, cold maceration, fermentation in vats, ageing for 5 months in vats, bottled in vats in order to age as many aromas as possible.
