The estate and the wine Passionate and uncompromising, Pascal Reverdy and his sister-in-law Sophie are skilled winemakers in Sancerre at Domaine Pascal et Nicolas Reverdy. Now joined by Pascal's sons, Victorien and Benjamin, they bring a new dimension to the steep slopes of Maimbray, crafting a meticulous range of wines that are refined, precise, and mineral-driven, with a balanced expression of vibrant, fruit-forward flavours. 

With one star in the prestigious RVF Guide, this standout estate continues to impress, offering remarkable wines at accessible prices.
Wine The 2022 Sancerre Terre de Maimbray Red exudes elegance, with a refined nose and subtle oak influence, carried by delicate stone fruit aromas. On the palate, it delivers a fresh, elegant, and fruit-forward profile that is truly delightful. Decanting will enhance its charm, though it can also be enjoyed in about six months for optimal appreciation.
Vinification Hand harvested. Manual sorting of bunches. Whole grapes for 15 to 20% of the harvest. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by a 4-week vatting period. Aged in wooden vats for 10 months, with spontaneous malolactic fermentation in spring. Unfiltered wine.
