The 2017 vintage, often overshadowed for lacking the heft of its 2015 counterpart, is in fact a hidden gem. It offers superb refinement, with lifted aromatics, juicy berry notes, and beautifully measured oak ageing. A must for anyone who values finesse over sheer power.

Still widely underrated, 2017 may just be one of the most versatile and food-friendly vintages Bordeaux has seen in decades—overlooked by critics too focused on power and concentration to catch its understated brilliance.

Vinification Hand harvested from 18 September to 4 October 2017. Fermentation of whole grapes in 51 thermo-regulated stainless steel, wood and concrete vats. Wine is left on the lees for 20 to 25 days. Aged for 12 months in new barrels (33%) and barrels used once or twice previously (67%).
