The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine A real standout from the Mâconnais region, Pacaud Vignerons is a name to remember. Brothers Julien and Sébastien Pacaud farm 12 hectares in Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, and Saint-Véran, and their vineyards have been certified organic since the 2022 vintage.

Their white wines are beautifully precise, made with very little sulphur and no new oak, allowing the pure, natural character of the wine to shine through — an absolute treat for anyone who loves fresh, vibrant whites.
Wine The 2023 Saint-Véran Terroirs de Chasselas White charms with its precision, finesse, and beautifully pure style. Aged with great restraint, it has an easy-drinking character that really shines. The wine opens with aromas of fresh butter, delicate floral notes, and a subtle mineral touch, all wrapped around beautifully ripe fruit flavors. Its crisp, focused structure makes it an ideal companion for fish dishes. This is a wine of rare freshness and elegance, awarded an impressive score of 92/100 by the Selection Committee.
