A beacon of quality in the Terrasses du Larzac, La Réserve d’O, awarded 1 star by Guide RVF, stands out with its refreshingly vibrant wines. Frédéric and Marie Chauffray have chosen high-altitude vineyards on the foothills of the Larzac plateau, cultivating their vines organically and biodynamically to produce wines with stunningly velvety textures and silky tannins.
The couple crafts prolific and joyful cuvées, bursting with energy and impeccable freshness, standing apart from the more austere wines of the region. Their success was highlighted in a feature in our magazine Racines some time ago. |
