Color Carmine red with good intensity and shine.
Nose Floral ambience, notes of rose, peony and dried flowers, very pure, with an ultra-integrated, very discreet oaky touch.
Palate Smooth and refined, with bright notes of red berries, this cuvée offers a fresh, lightly tangy palate. Subtle hints of spice and texture from the oak add depth without overpowering the wine’s natural vibrancy. Fine tannins and a beautifully judged balance complete the profile.

Vinification Hand harvested. 65-year-old vines. 100% destemmed grapes. Aged in oak barrels, 20% of which are new. Bottled on fruit day in September 2021.
Production of around 4,000 bottles.
