A newcomer to the Alsace vineyards, Julien Schaal embraces independence and originality. Alongside a winemaking venture in South Africa, the winemaker established his own label in 2011, with a bold approach focused on exclusively sourcing grapes from Grand Cru vineyards, showcasing the region's diverse terroirs with the utmost precision.
In blind tastings, his wines consistently come out on top, and the overall quality is simply astonishing. Proof that selection and sourcing are just as crucial as vinification, Julien Schaal excels on both fronts and captivates us with his craft.
