The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Launched by 7 friends from Bordeaux gathered around the talented Michel Rolland, the Clos de Los Siete has quickly become a global icon and an international success story.

The concept is both unique and innovative: 325 hectares of vines at the foot of the Andes Cordillera, just 120 km south of Mendoza, at an altitude of 1,100 meters; 4 bodegas run by 4 passionate Bordeaux families; and a great wine blended by Michel Rolland.

Malbec, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet find new resonance in these latitudes and in the freshness of the mountains and come together to form a wine with a strong, original, ambitious temperament.
Wine Born of a dry, concentrated vintage, the 2019 Red Mendoza Valle de Uco delivers a true fruity delicacy, with a whole, structured body driven by Malbec (50%) and Cabernet Franc at the peak of their form this year and aging (70% in barrels) that coats the wine magnificently. Notes of graphite, blackcurrant, and black fruits tinged with spices, with a hint of cocoa, formulate a wine of full flavor, roundness, and elegance.
Vinification Hand-harvested in 15 kg crates from vines located at an altitude of 1100 m. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, daily pumping over. Aged for 11 months, 70% in French oak barrels and 30% in vats. No fining or filtration.
