The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Case Basse di Gianfranco Soldera is one of the most prized estates in the world. Free from all unnecessary pretension, his wines are in his measure: delicate, subtle, intense, marvels of finesse that unfold infinite aromatic nuances.

In the Brunello di Montalcino terroir, he has few equals, almost none in fact. The sangiovese grape variety finds here a new dimension that escapes all rationality. This is how great wines are born, free from any arithmetic constraint, in complete harmony. Only 10 hectares of vines make up this unique wine called Soldera. A wine born from a volcanic soil, at an altitude of 350m, classified as IGT Tuscany since the 2006 vintage.
Wine After 45 months of barrel aging, the 2017 Red IGT Tuscany Soldera Case Basse reveals a sumptuous density and a profusion of aromas. Its deep color, intense notes of black fruit, richness and smoothness… Everything here is pushed to the limit, in absolute delicacy and incredible finesse. It is a unique, rare and timeless wine that you have to taste at least once in your life…
