Wine A quintessential Barolo, the 2018 Red Serralunga d’Alba Barolo offers delightful notes of morello cherry and toasted nuances, framed by a refined, delicate structure with firm tannins. Vinification Manual harvesting. Fermentation and maceration in cement vats for about 15 to 20 days at temperatures ranging from 27 to 30°C. Aging for 18 to 30 months in Slovenian oak barrels followed by at least 6 months in the bottle.
