The dedicated owners treat it like a precious gem, cultivating Nebbiolo with a confident, traditional approach that pays homage to the region’s heritage.
Wine Set on the limestone soils of Serralunga at an altitude of 360 meters, the 2018 Red Barolo Cerretta is a masterful expression of Nebbiolo, seamlessly balancing power and refinement. Aromas of morello cherry, rose, and floral notes intertwine with the delicate toastiness of its aging, creating an elegant and well-structured profile. Vinification Harvested by hand. Fermentation in vitrified cement vats for 15-20 days at 25-30°C.
