The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine With over 400 years of history, Oremus stands as a global icon of winemaking, owned by the Alvarez family since 1993. This same dynasty, renowned for crafting legendary wines, has created a legacy that seamlessly intertwines land, time, and human artistry. Único, Valbuena, Alión, Pintia, Macán, and Oremus form a collection of iconic cuvées where every detail is meticulously considered: barrels are crafted in-house, ageing is extraordinarily long, and entire vintages are sometimes excluded. In Hungary’s Tokaj region, Oremus upholds this tradition of excellence, producing both dry and sweet wines of unparalleled magic. A true must-know name in the world of fine wine.
