Their wines are beautifully textured, with a rich, sapid core and a balance that reflects both their passion and the unique character of the terroir.
Wine A Selection Committee favorite with a score of 94/100, the 2022 Burgundy Hautes Côtes de Beaune Red is a wine of depth, freshness, and precision, built for long aging. This is not a bottle to open just yet—this remarkable Pinot Noir, with its vibrant aromas and subtle hints of licorice, still carries a firm, structured, and slightly austere character. Crafted without the influence of new oak, it remains youthful, but its exceptional potential is undeniable.
Vinification Harvested by hand, completely destemmed, vatted for 15 days, gently extracted. Aged in oak barrels for 11 months, with no new wood.

Certified organic wine.
