With three stars in the RVF Guide and a reputation that’s hard to rival, Yves Canarelli oversees some of Corsica’s most exceptional terroirs. Since his first vintage in 1997, he’s been a relentless perfectionist, constantly pushing boundaries. Farming nearly 40 hectares biodynamically across Figari and Bonifacio, he focuses on native grape varieties, selecting those that best express the character of the land.
Canarelli’s wines are among the most stunning grand crus of the Mediterranean, offering a unique combination of freshness and a distinct saline edge. These are benchmark Corsican wines that continue to set the standard for the region. |
