Wine:

Composed of 70% Pinot Noir and complemented by Chardonnay, the Héritage XX Brut Champagne is a study in elegance, with fine, consistent bubbles. The complex nose reveals aromas of white flowers and pastry, enriched by reserve wines partially aged in barrels, delivering depth and maturity. On the palate, it offers a textured, well-structured profile that remains refined, indulgent, and beautifully balanced. Versatile and food-friendly, this Champagne shines as an aperitif or alongside fish, shellfish, or white meats.

Vinification:

Hand harvested, main base 2020, alcoholic fermentation and ageing in vats without malolactic fermentation. Part of the reserve wines are matured in barrels. Aged for 24 months on lees.
Bottled in July 2021. Disgorgement in July 2023.
