Wine:

Blended from the finest Crus of the Côte des Blancs, the Grand Cru Brut Réserve Blanc de Blancs Champagne features a fine and consistent bubble paired with charming, very fresh floral notes. The palate continues this lively theme with delicate bitters and a pleasing chalky touch. A superbly balanced and elegant champagne, it is particularly suited for aperitifs and also pairs well with marinated or smoked fish. Rated 91/100 by the committee.

Vinification:

Made from the 2016 harvest and blended with 10% reserve wines, partial malolactic fermentation, traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, storage on laths for almost 7 years. Bottled in June 2017 and disgorged on 08/04/2024.

Dosage: 6g/l.

Color:

Bright light gold with a fine, regular bubble and a persistent bead.

Nose:

Fresh with floral flavors.

Palate:

Balanced and elegant, this champagne with its lively bubbles reveals fine bitters and a pleasant chalkiness on the palate.

Temperature:

Serve between 7 and 9°C.
