The Brut Les Prémices Champagne is a true delight, an accessible cuvée crafted without any oak influence. Sourced from vines in the Saint-Thierry massif, specifically from the village of Trigny, it naturally upholds the house style, characterized by precise blends and extended aging. The nose is exceptionally pure and refined, with lovely notes of marzipan and almond syrup. On the palate, it’s vibrant and refreshing, with a well-balanced, vinous texture that is both satisfying and mouthwatering. A superb Champagne for aperitifs.

Hand harvested, vinification with indigenous yeasts, no insecticides, use of only organic amendments, base harvest 2017, 38 months in the cellar (on laths). Wine not filtered.

Egly-Ouriet, the embodiment of Champagne excellence and awarded 3 stars in the RVF Guide, has earned a reputation as one of the most demanding and exceptional producers.

With nearly 17 hectares under vine, including ten classified as Grand Cru (Ambonnay, Bouzy, and Verzenay), Francis Egly continues to craft extraordinary wines that few can match, now with the support of his son Charles and daughter Clémence. The balance and finesse of these wines are unparalleled, showcasing a timeless classicism.

From the very first cuvée in the range, one is captivated by the integrity of the style, which combines power and precision, skillfully handling Pinot Noir. These are robust champagnes, shaped by very old vines, vinified in barrels, and aged extensively in cellars to reach their peak at just the right moment. Purity, nobility, and depth are delivered with impressive consistency.
